Features

• LPD series photopolymer washing machine specially designed for digital polymers.
• Cycle completely controlled by a PLC with touch screen interface for the operator.
• The pressure of the adjustable washing brushes, programs can be configured on the control panel to adapt
  the configuration of the equipment depending on the thickness of the polymer.
• The brush is made of DuPont silk*. The movement of the main wash brush is designed not to transmit
  vibrations, improving the final quality of the points.
• The main washing unit is staggered with round brushes and flat brushes. The main washing unit and the
  pre-washing unit are separated to isolate the digital polymer black film (LAMS) from the main wash to
  avoid contaminating the solvent in the cleaning area.
• Photopolymer sheet guided by a transport bar through a chain system.
• Equipped with temperature control and automatic regeneration of the solvent.
• Equipped with a solvent vapour extractor.
• Output table with hot air recirculation.
