Summit successfully developed the fourth-generation solvent recovery machine. The new fourth generation is more intelligent, automated, safer, efficient, with unattended and uninterrupted work. It-s non-contact level control of environment protection makes it truly an intelligent solvent recovery machine. The equipment adopts the latest structure, the top cover is set with slotted flange, the sealing ring is made of solid round casting with high temperature resistance, perfect sealing effect. It can be used repeatedly; you are not going to easily damage. The top cover with arch structure increases resistance to high pressure and solvent storage capacity. The heating tube is equipped with anti-high temperature and explosion-proof sheath device, automatic input of waste solvent, automatic constant temperature, automatic cold-water circulation, and equipped with an observation window to observe the storage amount of heat conduction oil and waste solvent. This new machine uses explosion-proof solid-state relay, and it does not need to use dry vacuum pump and refrigerator, but the cooling effect in this fourth generation is still better than before. The whole working process can be unattended, in the recycling process, automatic replenished waste solvent halfway, uninterrupted work.
